There is no better place to ride an Irish horse or pure bred Connemara pony than at Dartfield. Riding is available by the hour, half or full day. Hacking is available at Dartfield which will suit all riders from beginners to those advanced riders who just want to relax and enjoy the fresh air from the back of an Irish horse or a Connemara pony.

The museum is surrounded by an event course set in 350 acres of gently rolling parkland. The course is designed to suit all levels of ability from those who want to improve their riding skills to the adrenalin junkies who want to test their skill over the advanced fences. Lessons are also available for riding, or jumping tuition.
